Black Label Reserve Chile Habanero Hot Sauce 9,285° on the Scoville scale - A fifth flavor has been added to the El Yucateco habanero sauce line up. El Yucateco Black Label Reserve is a dark, smoky habanero sauce. It gets its color from the habaneros being fire-roasted. No artificial smoke is used in the creation of this sauce.
Kutbil-Ik XXXtra Hot Chile Habanero Sauce 11,600° on the Scoville scale - We rescued this recipe from the culinary traditions of the ancient Mayan civilization, hence the name “Kutbil-Ik” - a Mayan word meaning “crushed chili”.

FLAVOR filled El Yucateco Recipes
I was going to make Tostadas for my feature dish but decided on classic Tacos as I already had the flour tortillas ready to go! <3 Upon opening my two hot sauces I did not know what to expect as this is my first time trying El Yucateco products. The FLAVOR on these two hot sauces were surprisingly WONDERFUL!!!! They pack a nice, HOT punch... but the flavor really caught my attention... I've never tasted a better hot sauce with so much flavor! My husband also commented on the flavor... We've had NO other Hot Sauce that is this delicious! <3
For my very easy taco dinner last night, I added the following ingredients:
Flour Tortillas (enough for your family)
Ground Beef: Seasoned with: Corn, Chopped Green and Red Peppers, Chopped Cilantro, Minced Garlic ,Lawry's Seasoned Salt and Ginger
Refried Beans
Shredded Cheese of your choice
El Yucateco's Hot Sauce (I used both hot sauces for this)
Topped with a few sprigs of Cilantro
