I have been preparing Fall and Winter recipes for this years at home holidays. <3 I started my search on Pinterest as usual and found some delicious Baileys drinks recipes. It was exactly what I was looking for, boozy, cozy and delicious. Many of us won't be able to spend time with all of our family members due to COVID19. I think live streaming with family is the perfect solutions for that! <3 While we live stream, we can cheers with these awesome, Fall and Winter festive drinks, all by Baileys. :D <3 :D Enjoy and Cheers!!! <3

1.5 oz Baileys Apple Pie
0.5 oz Bulleit Bourbon
5 to 6 oz Chai Tea
SERVES 1
ALLERGIES: Dairy
DIRECTIONS
Heat your Chai tea
Add bourbon
Add Baileys Apple Pie
Garish with an apple slice or cinnamon stick

1.5 oz Baileys Salted Caramel
1 tsp hot chocolate powder
3 oz milk
Whipped cream
Salted caramel sauce
Popcorn and pretzels to garnish
SERVES 1
ALLERGIES: Milk, Wheat
DIRECTIONS
Gently heat 100ml of milk and the hot chocolate powder.
Pour into a glass, and then add WOW with 50ml of Baileys Salted Caramel.
Pile on whipped cream, a drizzle of salted caramel sauce and marshmallows. Or popcorn. Or chocolate dipped pretzels. Why choose one when they all go so well?

1 oz Baileys Pumpkin Spice
.5 oz Irish Whiskey
1 tsp Dried Ground Ginger
3 scoops Coffee Ice Cream
Whipped Cream
Maple Syrup
SERVES 1
ALLERGIES: Milk, Nuts
DIRECTIONS
Add Baileys Pumpkin Spice, Irish whiskey, 1 dried ground ginger and 3 scoops of coffee ice cream to a blender.
Blend and garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of maple syrup, a mini gingerbread man, and gingerbread fall leaves.

2 oz Baileys Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
1.5 oz Hot Coffee
1 oz Milk
2 tbsp whipped cream
.25 tsp nutmeg
Cinnamon stick for garnish
SERVES 1
ALLERGIES: Milk
DIRECTIONS
Pour coffee into a glass.
Add Baileys Pumpkin Spice. Add milk.
Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of nutmeg, and garnish with cinnamon stick.
Enjoy!

3 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
Crumbled graham crackers or shortbread
Mini marshmallows
Marshmallows
Chocolate sauce
Blow torch to finish
SERVES 2
ALLERGIES: Eggs, Milk, Wheat
DIRECTIONS
Add the crumbled graham crackers or shortbread to the bottom of a jar. Dollop on marshmallows (as many as you like!)
Heat the chocolate sauce and pour it into the jars. Probably add a bit more chocolate sauce.
Sprinkle on the mini marshmallows. Bring on the Baileys – pour it over your creation. Now toast the marshmallows with the blow torch until melty and delicious.
Ready…steady….dig in! Last one to finish does the washing up.

100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
20g melted chocolate
60g chopped toasted hazelnuts (20g for the rim, 40g to blend)
200ml almond milk
1 chopped banana
Handful of ice cubes
Crushed peanuts to garnish

ALLERGIES: Milk, Nuts
DIRECTIONS
First, blend up the Baileys, ice, almond milk and banana.
Smear the rim of a cocktail glass with the melted chocolate or a little chocolate hazelnut spread, then dip into the crushed hazelnuts.
Pour the Baileys mixture into the glass, then sprinkle some crushed peanuts over the top.
Sip elegantly or slurp through a straw, it’s delicious either way.

Prepare hot chocolate and add Baileys
