My husband John and I returned from a much needed short getaway earlier this week. As we drove to check into our hotel we discovered Art Cartopia and just had to stop and have a look around. We were immediately drawn to all of the signs and art that graced the exterior of the building. We had no idea that the inside of the warehouse style building had art cars inside as well! The intricacy and details of the embellished vehicles were just fascinating. After hovering and snapping shots of the exterior art cars, we headed inside and we're promptly greeted by a very lovely young lady. She showed us around a bit and gave us information tidbits that were much appreciated. Being from Houston, John and I are very familiar with art cars. We found ourselves chatting the remainder of the time there with an older gentleman who was just inviting and kind. He let us know the rich stories about whom worked on the cars. The back stories were just wonderful!!! <3 The details were incredible! Take a look for yourself...
